Bodega Borsao - Campo de Borja DO - Rouge - 2021

Wine:

This is another success. The 2021 Red Campo Castillo Campo de Borja combines grenache, tempranillo and cabernet-sauvignon with ardor and intelligence, delivering beautiful floral and ripe aromas of fruit. Juicy, balanced, suave, complete and persistent, we return to it without weariness, seduced by its precision, its frankness and its freshness. How could one resist?

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with continuous temperature control between 22 and 25°C.

Color:

Intense ruby red.

Nose:

Concentrated black fruit aromas underlined by a floral touch.

Palate:

Ample and well-balanced, this wine offers delicate notes of ripe fruits and spices, an elegant grain of tannin on a persistent finish.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Beef and spinach cannelloni, chili con carne, pork stew with olives, grilled ribs.

From now until 2027
