The 2022 red Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Beaune Pinot Noir perfectly expresses ripe Pinot, with beautiful morello cherry and black cherry notes on the nose. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Aged in stainless steel vats for 8 months.

Supple and dense, with fragrant aromas of fruit, this wine, which is available today, has great sapidity and freshness.

Tucked away in the folds of the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Philippe Germain lives happily hidden away. Systematically refusing the limelight, going so far as to say no to the finest restaurateurs who would like to offer its wines on the menu, this model - and somewhat rebellious - estate is a perfect success story.
