Wine:

With a very pale color and nice copper reflections, the 2022 Rosé Côtes de Provence Tentations displays crisp and light aromas of fruit and flowers, supported by a touch of rose and wild strawberry. The palate seduces by its finesse, its fresh, crunchy and digestible texture, ideal for the aperitif and summer grills.

Vinification:

Purchase of grapes coming from the terroirs near the Estate: Canton of La Crau and Carqueiranne. These grapes are vinified and blended at Clos Cibonne and prepared according to their method.
During the vinification, the juice is kept cold for optimum aroma extraction. After settling, the wine is aged on fine lees for 8 to 10 weeks.

From now until 2024

In a historic and preserved enclave on the edge of the sea stands Clos Cibonne. An incredible estate that enjoys a special terroir where the Tibouren grape variety expresses itself admirably. This old endemic variety, which you will not find anywhere else, makes for very original wines that confirm the region’s high potential and the vision and mastery of Brigitte and Claude Deforges, its talented winemakers.

The rosé in particular stands out by its freshness, depth and subtlety. Here, it is the perfect balance between Provencal heritage and modernity. As for the tibouren red, it offers an intimate and more personal reading of these soils.
