Wine:
The 2021 Rosé Prestige Caroline Côtes de Provence is a luminous rosé with orange and copper hues. Carried by the tibouren, it reveals a nose of blood orange, spices, paprika, on a floral background. It is a unique rosé wine that is extremely complex and delivers a rich and frank palate that is both delicate and fresh. The finish concludes with beautiful bitters and a more candied tone. This timeless rosé is to be served now of course, and why not in a few years? With a Mediterranean cuisine, a bell pepper salad with olive oil for example.Vinification:

In a historic and preserved enclave on the edge of the sea stands Clos Cibonne. An incredible estate that enjoys a special terroir where the Tibouren grape variety expresses itself admirably. This old endemic variety, which you will not find anywhere else, makes for very original wines that confirm the region’s high potential and the vision and mastery of Brigitte and Claude Deforges, its talented winemakers.
The rosé in particular stands out by its freshness, depth and subtlety. Here, it is the perfect balance between Provencal heritage and modernity. As for the tibouren red, it offers an intimate and more personal reading of these soils.
