Olivier Poussier's favorite, the 2021 Red Limestone Pic Saint-Loup, is dense and full-bodied, well-balanced, punctuated with notes of spices, pepper and violets. The silky tannins, the perfectly melted whole form a gourmet wine. You will enjoy it from now on and for another 5 to 6 years.Vinification:
