Wine:

The 2022 Provence Palm Rosé IGP offers fresh, delicate fruit flavors of citrus and light red berries. It's a light, easy-to-digest, crisp rosé that's easy to drink, best enjoyed as an aperitif or with seafood throughout the summer.

Vinification:

Mechanical night-harvesting, 100% de-stemmed, short skin maceration before pressing, low-temperature settling, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, malolactic fermentation blocked to preserve the freshness of the aromas.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Very pale rosé with bright, silvery highlights.

Nose:

Delicate and fresh, with hints of citrus.

Palate:

This rosé is crisp, light and easy to digest.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
