Wine:

A pure Jacquère on limestone scree, the 2021 White Roc de Savoie Apremont is vinified without sulfur, with indigenous yeasts, and aged in vats and amphorae. The precise nose illustrates the beautiful limestone identity of its origin, in a crystalline expression of white and orchard fruits. The mineral structure continues this refined palate; it is a chiseled, sapid and fresh white wine faithful to its appellation, with real depth. Perfect with trout or pike, fried fish. Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, without sulfur and indigenous yeasts.
Aged on lees for 8 months, 80% in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 20% in Tava amphoras.

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Very pure, crystalline expression and marked mineral identity, aromas of white fruits and granny smith apples and orchard fruits.

Palate:

Fresh and sapid, this wine has a palate with a chiseled profile, beautiful depth and minerality.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Fried fish, mixed salads, river fish, trout, pike.
