Featuring a beautiful concentration, the 2019 Red Côte Rôtie Brune et Blonde displays delicate fruity and spicy aromas in a rich palate, with smooth tannins. Carried by the skill of the Guigal maturation, this nuanced wine knows no asperity, perfectly bound by its 30 months in oak barrels. This is a great work of art, to pair with a roasted rib that is accomplished without austerity, and which is already very pleasant when young.Vinification:
