Wine:

The 2020 Red IGT Toscana Roxanne is pure, with fine aromas of red berries and a subtle touch of rosemary. It's a wine of great freshness, with present but smooth tannins, expressing itself in a clearly fruity, supple and juicy style, without any hint of ageing, thus favoring digestibility with a Tuscan accent that marks its origins. A very fine bottle, ready to pair with grilled red meat or poultry.

Vinification:

Hand-picked at the end of September. Fermentation in vats. Maceration on skins for 7 days. Aged for 3 months.

Color:

Intense, brilliant ruby red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of ripe red fruits and sweet spices.

Palate:

This rich, mouth-watering wine unfurls a fine juice with no signs of ageing, silky-smooth tannins and a long, complex finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Pork cheek simmered in red wine and spices, lamb mouse confit with thyme, beef tagine with prunes.
