The 2021 red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a delicate and fruity wine, characterized by aromas of black fruits, pepper, and dried herbs. It strikes a lovely balance, offering substantial, ripe, and concentrated flavors of fruit along with a fresh and meaty texture. This wine will pair perfectly with dishes like a veal chop or a pork roast with thyme. It's a very enjoyable wine, ready to be savored without delay.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Destemming, fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 15 days. Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats.

Bright ruby red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of red fruit, redcurrant and strawberry underlined by a touch of spice.

Palate:

A fine balance is revealed from the outset, with fine, silky tannins releasing a fresh, sunny juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Rib of beef, leg of lamb with rosemary, rack of lamb with herb crust, munster cheese with cumin.
