Wine:

A blend of Cabernet and Syrah, the 2021 Red Soif Pays d'Oc IGP is a delight of a wine, filled with pure and elegant aromas of fruit and flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose. It is a minimally extracted, finely crafted, easy-drinking wine that will satisfy most people, especially at this price! The ultimate aperitif wine, and one of Olivier Poussier's favorite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.

Color:

Dark ruby of beautiful intensity.

Nose:

Fruity and tasty marked by flavors of strawberry, raspberry, rose and peony.

Palate:

Fine and elegant, this wine is superb, slightly extracted, easy to drink, a delight!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif on a board of cold cuts and cheeses, grilled meats or fish.

From now until 2025

The flagship of the Minervois region, Le Loup Blanc creates exciting wines with a great deal of enthusiasm. Finding such a price-pleasure equation is a challenge, fortunately fully met by the quartet of winemakers who manage this estate in the heart of the Montagne Noire.
