Ripe fruit, dense and structured texture, and incredibly rich tannins : everything converges towards balance, with touches of mocha and deep black olives. A wine destined for a great future. Vinification:

Hand harvested at maturity, total destemming, aged 14 to 18 months in new or 1 year old barrels.

Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.

Color:

Deep garnet red, with purple reflections.

Nose:

Scents of ripe fruits underlined by spicy and peppery notes.

Palate:

Dense and concentrated, take the measure of this bottle with its fresh, deep profile and mocha finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Woodcock with porcini mushrooms, roe deer in grand veneur sauce, turkey stuffed with chestnuts, game birds.
