Wine:

The 2021 Red Bourgueil Céleste has everything to please! Well characterized Cabernet grape, with its notes of graphite and black fruits, it profiles a very fresh nose. The juicy palate, of an excellent maturity, remains digestible, perfectly balanced, and always fresh and pleasant. A delight at this price. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Mechanical harvest preceded by a sorting on the vine, average age of the vines of 40 years, cold maceration, fermentation in vats, bottling in vats in order to aging the maximum of perfumes.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Intense red with purple reflections.

Nose:

Typical Cabernet Franc marked by notes of graphite. It is both fresh and fine supported by notes of red and black berries

Palate:

Fresh and gourmet, this wine is digestible, juicy and well-balanced, offering a beautiful maturity of the Cabernet Franc grape. A wine to be enjoyed in its youth!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Roast beef, rack of lamb, pork chops, aged cheeses.
