Wine:

Described as "the wine of everyday life" by Pietro Caciorgna, the 2020 Red Etna Rosso Ciauria is just that. It's a lively and fresh red wine, with luscious aromas of red fruit and spices, fine tannins and a sapid finish. A superb vision of this terroir of Sicily that is often overlooked but always appreciated in the tasting.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.

Vineyard managed according to the principles of organic and biodynamic culture, not certified.
