Wine:

Offered in Magnum, the 2021 red IGP Pays d'Oc Eve opens with a fresh, ripe nose, with deliciously spicy aromas. Greedy and juicy, the palate continues this fresh and tense register, in a lively  dynamism. A magnificent red wine, which will surprise and delight all your guests; to pair with a roasted poultry or the traditional Christmas turkey. Available in magnum format!

Vinification:

Hand harvested and fully crushed, aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months.

Color:

Bright ruby with violet reflections.

Nose:

Fresh and ripe with spicy aromas.

Palate:

This wine both fruity and spicy will be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as a start to a meal!

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, homemade cold cuts, grilled red meat, baked prime rib, rack of lamb stuffed with herbs.
