The estate follows massal selection, nurtures its soils with great care, and embraces sustainability at every level: from tracking its carbon footprint and using green energy to choosing lighter, more compact glass bottles and managing water use with precision. A blend of four grape varieties—Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer—the 2023 white Mel from Alsace opens with beautifully nuanced fruit aromas, expressive yet never overpowering.
