The 2021 red Morgon Côte du Py offers the quintessence of this great terroir in a complete, fresh version. Ripe black cherry fruit and intense floral notes with hints of rose and sweet spices combine in an ample, refined framework of soft tannins, which is absolutely delicious. This vintage of tension and freshness suits it like a glove, marking a return to the classic style. A beautiful bottle that delights with its balance and precision.
