Fruity but without exuberance, in a beautiful aromatic purity, the 2019 White Pessac-Léognan Pessac by VALAP delivers itself on fine exotic notes of passion fruit, and a touch of grapefruit. The whole is very fragrant, intense and very fresh. The palate is very pure, with a good amplitude and a nice richness. It is a dry, balanced, ripe and fresh white wine, with a good persistence of flavors. A very nice wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a seafood platter or pan-fried prawns.Vinification:
