Graves by Valap - Rouge - 2018

Wine:

Fruity and extremely flavorful, the 2018 Red Graves by Valap wine opens on ripe aromas of black fruits, graphite and spices. On the palate, it is a perfectly harmonious and balanced wine, enhanced by a nice structure and delicate tannins. A Bordeaux wine just how we love it, that can already be enjoyed paired with stewed or grilled meat, or that can be kept in the cellar for another 5 to 6 years for even more complexity.

Vinification:

A wine made from the noblest grapes of the region, blended by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World, and aged in oak barrels for 12 months.

Color:

Dark red of good intensity.

Nose:

Aromas of black fruits punctuated with notes of graphite and spices.

Palate:

Fresh and consistent, this seductive wine has a beautiful texture and smooth and well-integrated tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Grilled lamb chops, duck aiguillettes.

From now until 2027
