Wine:
Vinified and aged with very little wood, the 2021 white Burgundy Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reveals its youthful character with plenitude; we particularly like this frank, full-bodied style, with beautiful fruity and almond notes. A precise Chardonnay with impeccable style!Vinification:
Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed.Aged in vats for 70% of the crop, and in new barrels for 16 months for the remaining 30%, with some stirring of the lees.
