Creamy and delicate, the 2022 white Hautes Côtes de Beaune Chardonnay Burgundy wine is beautifully ripe with frank, tender aromas of fruit. A very consensual, suave Chardonnay to be enjoyed over three years as an aperitif. Rated 91/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, crushed, pneumatically pressed, settled overnight in stainless steel vats, then gravity-fed.
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months (20% new barrels).

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Fresh aromas of fruit and white flowers.

Palate:

Delicate and suave , this creamy wine releases a consensual, beautifully mature juice.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
