From now until 2026.Tucked away in the folds of the Côte de Beaune, the Domaine Philippe Germain lives happily hidden away. Systematically refusing the limelight, going so far as to say no to the finest restaurateurs who would like to offer its wines on the menu, this model - and somewhat rebellious - estate is a perfect success story.
