Wine:The intense 2020 red Marsannay Champ Salomon displays luscious notes of black fruit, reminiscent of perfectly ripe Pinot, and above all great purity, underpinned by well-suited woodiness. This harmonious whole, linked to a great vintage like 2020, continues on the palate with a delicate texture, between silk and velvet, not lacking in fleshiness.
