Wine:
The 2020 Red Rully is a blend of three parcels aged with a third of new oak. With all the measure and mastery of Vincent Dureuil-Janthial, it offers a very fine, ripe and fresh wine, carried by aromas of raspberry; a pure palate with a very noble texture, fine tannins and a finish on fresh violets. A nice introduction to Rully. Five years of aging are to be expected. Rated 91/100 RVF.Vinification:
Hand harvested. The wine is matured in a 19th century cellar: 12 months in oak barrels, 33% of which are new, with malolactic fermentation, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks.Color:
