Vinification:

Hand and mechanical harvested, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged on lees for 6 months.

Color:

Bright yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful aromatic palette of citrus, white flowers and exotic fruit.

Palate:

Pure and chiselled, this wine has a precise, delicate structure, revealing a fresh, salivating whole with lovely lemony flavors.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
