From just 1.3 hectares of organically farmed old vines across two parcels, the 2022 Red Bourgogne Côte d’Or Pinot Noir is a small-production cuvée that perfectly captures the estate’s signature style. This first release bursts with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, and ripe red berries, supported by a lovely thread of minerality. The palate is generous yet fresh, with a broad texture, fine tannins, and vibrant fruit laced with spice. It finishes with energy and confidence. A beautifully crafted Red Burgundy — ideal with cured meats, country pâté, or a seared beef filet.Vinification:
