Globally acclaimed with 3 Michelin stars, Chef Emmanuel Renaut has ventured into the world of spirits, drawing inspiration from his deep love for the mountains. He sources herbs, roots, and botanicals from his alpine surroundings, which form the foundation of his masterful blends.

A true botanical connoisseur, Renaut has been working with a still since childhood, honing his skills to become a master distiller. Under his expert guidance, gin, sapinette, génépi, and negroni are elevated to a new level—complex and delicate creations where hogweed, blackcurrant buds, juniper, gentian, and valerian, all personally foraged by Renaut, take center stage.

As a brilliant orchestrator of this alchemy, Emmanuel Renaut offers these ultra-limited spirits exclusively to his clients in Megève, making them as rare as they are exceptional.
