From now until 2029Château Pech d'André is a family estate that has been established on the "hill" (pech) of Azillanet, on the border with the Aude department, for over 300 years. Managed using organic methods, it strives to preserve its Mediterranean identity, combining the cultivation of vines with that of fruit trees and aromatic plants, thanks to the estate's adjoining farm. A natural approach, a meticulous environment and artisanal winemaking are the key elements of this exceptional address. The result is wines that are as close as possible to their origins, full-bodied and flavoursome, detailing the nuances of the Minervois terroirs with both sincerity and modernity.
