This is a silky, deeply flavorful White, expertly aged in large 500L barrels that lend subtle support without overshadowing the wine’s natural expression. Vinification:

Hand harvested, spontaneous and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 12 months in barrels on fine lees.
