Hand harvested. Aged for 11 months in wooden vats and barrels.

Nose:

Palate:

A Sauvignon with a clean, dry and chiselled juice with good consistency and very delicate bitterness, dominated by floral flavours. The whole is sapid, balanced and ready to drink!
