Domaine La Grange Tiphaine - Touraine - Trinqu'âmes - Blanc - 2022

Wine:

Light and delicate, vinified with very little sulfur, the 2022 white Touraine Trinqu'âmes expresses all the jubilation of a very pure Sauvignon, with notes of boxwood, wisteria, and white flowers. It's beautifully fresh, with plenty of tension, a thirst-quenching fruitiness, and perfect ripeness. Drink now as an aperitif with goat's cheese or seafood.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, grapes purchased from our partners, alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts in fiberglass vats, aged on fine lees for 4 months.

Color:

Bright yellow.

Nose:

Typical Sauvignon with hints of boxwood and wisteria.

Palate:

This wine is mature and thirst-quenching, with a fine palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, goat's cheese tasting and all types of seafood.
