The quartet of viognier, roussanne, grenache, and clairette delivers, in this 2022 white Ventoux Terrasses, the most harmonious composition of the moment! A masterful creation where aromas of apricot and citrus blossom in a backdrop of freshness. The restrained aging defines the contours of a sharp, tangy palate, subtly fruity and crisp, perfect for an aperitif or paired with sophisticated fish dishes, be they raw or marinated, like a seabream ceviche. Pure delight!Vinification:
Hand harvested, very chalky and stony soil at an altitude of around 350 meters. Separate vinification for each grape variety: direct pressing, 15-day fermentation in stainless steel vats. No wood ageing, blending and ageing in concrete and stainless steel vats. Bottled on the estate.Vineyard worked according to biodynamic principles, certified Organic and Vegan.
