Wine:

Delicate and floral, the 2021 On the Rhône Again white Crozes-Hermitage opens with notes of peach skin and a subtle touch of blond wood. The suave palate has a beautiful amplitude, and continues with flavors of ripe apricot, in perfect balance. A seductive and very fresh Crozes-Hermitage to be drunk today; pleasure assured at the table or as an aperitif.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, cold settling.
Aging on lees, in barrels, for 10 months, including 10% new wood.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Beautiful fragrances of peach skin

Palate:

Full-bodied and suave, with beautiful flavors of ripe fruit and sweet apricot and delivers a perfectly balanced palate of immediate pleasure, at ease as an aperitif and at the table.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, veal blanquette, roasted farm poultry.

Cellar aging:

From now until 2028.
