Wine:

Blending grenache, syrah, and carignan to perfection, the 2021 red Côtes du Roussillon Villages stays true to the house style, balancing finesse and richness. Fully ripe, aromatic, and generous, it reveals lovely notes of black fruits and juicy cherries with a hint of smokiness and soot. It boasts ample body and volume, framed by fine tannins, creating a velvety and robust ensemble. A truly wonderful wine to serve slightly chilled, perfect with game stew, beef bourguignon, or a juicy steak.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, totally de-stemmed, maceration from 2 to 4 weeks depending on daily tastings.
Aged in stainless steel vats.

Deep garnet red.

Nose:

Black cherry aromas.

Palate:

Structured and full-bodied with crunchy flavors of fruit, this wine is warm and powerful.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
