From a very old flinty clay terroir, the 2017 Red René Couly Chinon explores the highest dimension of Cabernet Franc. With its perfect maturity, exceptionally pure aromas of fruits and nice freshness, it is a delightful and extremely pleasant wine. The palate is rich, well-balanced and rounded up by delicate tannins. An ideal wine to pair with a rack of lamb or some veal. A Selection Committee Favorite, rated 94/100.Vinification:
