The 2019 White Vézelay La Châtelaine is not unlike the chalky, iodized, incisive character of a very fine Chablis. With its beautiful texture, this white wine is full of energy and character. The palate is concentrated, ripe and mineral, with beautiful buttery, brioche notes. A round and tasty wine with a pleasantly saline finish, it is a perfect match for dry cheese or marinated fish. What a delight! Rated 92/100 by the RVF.Vinification:
