Wine:

It is so difficult to get them but we managed to do it just for you... Enjoy but hurry, quantities are extremely limited. 


This is one of the most prestigious estates in Burgundy! A rare offer, in very small quantities!

Vinification:

Hand harvested and totally destemmed. Vatting time of 19 days in wooden vats. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for 21 months.

Color:

Dark red, almost black, with purple tints.

Nose:

Aroma of fine rose and violet mixed with red and black fruits.

Palate:

Delicate and precise on a fresh and elegant fruit, this wine boasts a subtle profile and a finely acidic finish, which will only grow more complex with age...

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Rossini veal filet mignon, pheasant with Port wine, Lyon sausage with truffles.
