Vinification:Hand harvested and totally destemmed. Vatting time of 19 days in wooden vats. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels for 21 months.
Color:Dark red, almost black, with purple tints.
Nose:Aroma of fine rose and violet mixed with red and black fruits.
Palate:Delicate and precise on a fresh and elegant fruit, this wine boasts a subtle profile and a finely acidic finish, which will only grow more complex with age...
