Wine:

The very pure 2022 white Pouilly-Fuissé Mise en Bouche is a lovely, energetic wine. We immediately appreciate its floral touch, somewhere between hawthorn and honeysuckle, supported by delicate oaky, toasty, or exotic notes. Freshness is its matrix on the palate. It offers a creamy, elegant juice with the wood present without excess; a crisp, refined, fresh, and dynamic juice, ideally in line with the wonderful 2018, but with even greater precision. Serve chilled at around 9-10° as an aperitif or at the table with a delicate fish. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 95/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in 50kg crates, gentle, slow pressing of gravity-pressed bunches.
Vinified with natural yeasts and aged on lees.

Color:

Intense, brilliant gold.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of hawthorn and honeysuckle underlined by fine toasty and exotic notes.

Palate:

Fresh and elegant with delicate aromas of fruit, let yourself be charmed by this crisp, creamy, fresh and dynamic wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Pan-fried frogs, lake or river fish meunière, bouchées à la reine, poultry vol-au-vent and sweetbreads.

From now until 2028.
